How does renting via RHINO Services work?
When you register your accommodation with us, we will forward it to companies looking for accommodation for their employees. We handle customer contact, bookings and administration to make the process easy for you.
Do I have to sign a contract with RHINO Services?
Yes, to ensure that both you as the property owner and we as the agent have clear terms and conditions, a written agreement is required.
How long is the notice period?
The notice period is normally 30 days for both you as the property owner and the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
